Our goals are quite
simple... to provide you with top quality instruction
at an affordable price. We have adult, child and private classes.
In our children's program, we strive to mirror family values.
Students learn how to interact with their peers and understand
that the "Art" is not just about punching and kicking.
In the adult programs, pupils find the Art is an excellent
venue for bringing about life changes. Learn to manage stress
and everyday pressures! We are more than just a storefront
"kick and punch" shop.
